How to Import a Vocal Preset in FL Studio

STEP 01

Download Your Vocal Preset

Get your vocal preset from a trusted source. FL Studio presets commonly use formats such as .fst, while some effect plugins use their own preset formats.

PRO TIP Make sure the preset is compatible with your FL Studio version and the plugin it was designed for.

STEP 02

Locate & Extract the File

Open your Downloads folder and locate the preset. If it arrives as a ZIP or RAR archive, extract it before trying to load the preset.

PRO TIP Keep the extracted preset in a clearly named folder so it is easy to find later.

Open FL Studio

Launch FL Studio and allow the program to finish loading. Open the project where you want to use the vocal preset.
